Color your stress away...

For my Art Scholars capstone project, I decided to design my own downloadable art therapy-inspired coloring book, which could be printed out and accessed by anyone on the internet to use.  Color Me, Stress-Free combines mandalas and meditation prompts to provide its audience with easy-to-access stress relief and mindfulness techniques to positively improve one's mental well-being.

*Please note that this coloring book is only art-therapy-inspired and is not meant to replace/replicate the services of a professional art therapist.
